1. As a thank you for participating, we will hold a drawing for everyone who voted for the winning design. OR
2. If you help us fulfill our mission, of helping as many families be healthier without the use of drugs or surgery, and you refer someone to our office for care during the months of May and June 2009 you will get a t-shirt. Thank you.
